During this week, students will be required to make a financial plan for a business company by employing various business relevant software. Students will need to have certain things within the overall structure of this plan such as income statement, balance sheet and cash flow analysis. Some of the topics that will be reviewed during this week include analysis of a financial statement, sources of financing, tax preparation and pricing.

Moreover, students will extend their knowledge to explore the skills of human communication, learning process, work motivation, ethical issues, elevate creativity level, leadership and power skills. Therefore, through knowledge of organizational behaviour will provide business professionals and human resources as they shape, upgrade and enhance organizations success with the continuous development in business.

By using various case studies, students will develop a plan that they would use as business professionals to enhance the creatively level of their employees.

Students will effectively learn to work on a wide range of business related software applications. The students will implement the use of blackboard, besides other computer-based training programmes to enhance their learning process.

During this week, students will learn communication skills that they need to employ as communication is one of the most important factors that employers seek in employees. Moreover, students will implement their speaking, listening, writing and reading skills through the use of various methodologies to help them to practice their communication skills professionally.

Students will work on developing their communication skills within the domains of finance and accounting and which also play an important factor for their workplace and educational environment.

Week 05: overview

Students will be introduced to the factor of how finance and other business domains could be influenced by some laws and regulations. They learn how laws must be understood and applied by management in the conduct of business. Students will also learn how to effectively analyze and interpret a business case under the structure of some issued laws.

During this week, students will learn to develop and extract strategic plans that they need to implement as Human resources professionals to elevate the organization’s performance. In addition, students will learn to analyze and evaluate the requirements for human resources and professional planning techniques.
